The position is responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial reporting for NRECA subsidiary RE Investments (broker/dealer) (REI), and RE Advisers (investment advisor) (REA). The position is responsible for all financial aspects of the subsidiaries including budget, audit, taxes and financial liaison to the subsidiary management. The position is also responsible for timely and accurate quarterly financial reporting and tax reporting for our publicly traded mutual funds. Additional responsibilities include, maintaining deferred compensation schedules, preparing payment orders for Homestead Funds, responding to NRECA audit letters, and assisting in Oracle General Ledger projects and testing. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent Excel skills Able to handle more complex reconciliations Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent customer service skills BS in Accounting. 2-3 years experience in accounting related field
