· Effective communication skills—verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal, in order to interact with internal departments, vendors, employer groups, and other clients. · Responds to report-related questions/concerns/problems raised by vendors, brokers, employers, or internal staff. · Works with internal and external clients to produce both standard and ad hoc reports. · Communicates regularly with vendors regarding new implementations, layout changes, or data-related issues. · Manages the data integrity process for over 200 unique employer groups, government clients, or brokers. Collaborates with both executive and analytical staff to ensure data integrity and consistency. · Work with other team members to develop and maintain a clear and concise documentation process for all analytic and report-related activities.
