The primary role of a Customer Service Associates is to educate managers, employees and pensioners in all lines of business on benefits, compensation, payroll, and general human resources policies and practices Services are performed over the telephone and on each call the Customer Service Associate uses active listening, probing, play-back and style-matching skills Customer Service Associates act as the first point of contact to all employee human resources inquiries. They are called upon to quickly assess the client need and respond directly to the caller, research information and call the customer back as required or, in the case of more complex issues, refer them to the appropriate subject matter expert and Department. Customer Service Associates are required to possess an in depth knowledge and understanding of clients' human resources programs, benefits, compensation plans and payroll administration The work environment is fast paced featuring a high volume of calls, and requires quick thinking and problem solving abilitiesQualifications Minimum of 1 year customer service experience Ability to critique a process and recommend improvements Adept at handling multiple computer applications (any programs used within a human resources call centre environment preferred) Ability to work shift hours between 8:
00 am and 6 pm Fluent English and French communication skills (both written and verbal)   Preferred University / college diploma with 1 to 2 years experience in a call centre environment A background in, or at least an understanding of, clients human resources programs, benefits and compensation plans would be especially helpful PLEASE APPLY USING THIS BUTTON ONLY
