6-12 month contractJob Description Customer-focused insights, analytics, predictive models, metrics, and reporting to drive business revenue, profitability, and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
-Work with business groups to define requirements and deliver analytics, insights, and metrics for priority initiatives-Identify needs and define requirements for information and processes to support analytics and insights-Define and implement standardized delivery of ongoing reporting and metrics, as needed-Ensure deliverables are aligned with business priorities and objectives-Interpret and present results to business partners and managers-Evaluate data sources and data quality as needed Qualifications-Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically-Team player must work well with other business groups and interested parties-Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills-Strong communication and team skills ? proven ability to be successful in dynamic, small-team environments, and partnering/collaborating with roles across the organization Experience / Skills-Good SQL skills (able to ~read~ SQL effectively.  Not looking for a hard-core coder)-Ability to read and define Entity Relationship Models (using tools such as Visio, etc.)-Excellent reporting skills and good understanding of business behind the numbers-BA / BS degree-Financial services experience is strongly preferredDesired skills:
