Marvell Semiconductor is looking for a Product Line Controller at their Headquarters in Santa Clara. Marvell develops market-leading silicon technologies that power a vast range of consumer electronics and the gateways that form the connectivity backbone of today's digital lifestyle. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, the Product Line Controller manages all financial and accounting functions of the assigned Business Unit. - Participate with the finance leadership team and the company's management team in identifying, developing and implementing overall key business metrics and management reporting. - Set expectations with internal and external customers and develop metrics to ensure compliance with service level commitments in the shared services to assume clear, concise communication with senior management and other finance leaders - Act as the primary liaison to the business unit leader and Corporate Finance team.Qualifications:
- Leadership skills to influence management change. - Strong facilitation skills necessary to facilitate cross-functional initiatives - Must have a strong technical and financial accounting background - Requires a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting - Active CPA required - 4+ years Big 4 public accounting experience required - Experience with Oracle ERP systems a plus - Must be able to drive change in a growth environment and manage the organization through changeApply Only at :
