Job Description:
The contractor shall be responsible for creating the Office of Security's printed and electronic communications materials in support of the Office's goals and objectives. Duties will also include:
. Administer, market, and develop content for the Office of Security web site . Manage the Office of Security's external communications . Assist with the Office of Security's education efforts to provide a strong security message and substantive security training for DHS employees at all levels . Provide quality assurance and accountability by editing and tracking Office of Security communications . Serve as a resource to Office leadership for the development and implementation of special projects as needed Job Requirements:
Communications Specialists will be required to have a bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years experience, or three (3) years of related experience. In addition, this individual must have undergone a current background investigation which has been favorably adjudicated for suitability and/or security.
