The position is supporting the Deputy CIO of a government agency in which the person will attend meetings, process Remedy tickets, take notes, proof read technical documents, manage share point sites, develop data flow diagrams, process flow, etc. Assist intrusion detection team in closing out incident tickets in the Remedy ticketing system, gathering needed information to close out those tickets, reparte reports,writes, edits, and proofreads technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications. Ensures technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.
