Minnesota-Minneapolis Partners with the Senior Business Line Risk Manager (SBLRM) and other Business Line Risk Analysts within Wealth Management and Securities Services on formation and maintenance of a sound operational risk management framework. Assists with project management, monitoring, reporting and coordination of risk management projects for assigned business lines. Predicts levels of risk, develops policies and procedures used to evaluate and control risk, and maximizes profit potential of the assigned product line. Helps ensure appropriate identification and response to risks within the business, and coordinates efforts to foster awareness and understanding of key risk management concepts within the business management network. Helps analyze risk-related matters, and serve as a functional liaison between the line of business and corporate-level risk management resources. Your Career is Here. Basic Qualifications:
Three to five years of business management and experience in banking. Experience within the specified line of business is preferred. Preferred Skills/Experiences:
* BS/BA degree preferred. Additional education is helpful. * Ability to interact effectively with staff at multiple levels in the organization, from the lowest level in the business line to the Vice Chair level. * Excellent analytical and computer skills. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Good grasp of key business line functions, and their impact on profitability. * Ability to learn and communication key risk management concepts. * Excellent judgment, in order to make sound decisions in the absence of complete information.
