Kentucky-Owensboro Responsible in a team/leader supervisor capacity for the work flow/distribution of work for a group of employees. Serves as a resource person to the department in providing direction and guidance. Assists in meeting the timeframes of note/servicing packages, reviewing and deficiencies. Ensures delivery of knowledgeable, efficient, consistent, accurate and courteous responses to both internal and external contacts. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Two or more years of experience in mortgage banking operations Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of the applicable operational area, the product and services, applicable laws and regulations, and an understanding of applicable system(s) functionality - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Proficient computer skills
