Kentucky-Owensboro Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Six months to one year of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities - Minimum 2-3 years mortgage banking experience in processing or underwriting OR - Business degree with 1-2 years mortgage banking production or underwriting/processing experience. - Thorough knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA guidelines and requirements. - Knowledge of mortgage banking regulations/compliance and mortgage loan documentation requirements. Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area - Basic knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area - Effective verbal and written communications skills - Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel or Word.
