Minnesota-Saint Paul Defines and performs business analysis on tasks related to Retail Bank Acquisitions focusing on Consumer and Small Business Deposits and Loans. Additional functions would include IT Development projects outside of acquisitions. Reviews acquired bank products and procedures and analyzes data to assist Product Management with the identification of operational training and customer notification issues. Identifies and documents conversion business requirements. Analyzes and prepares input spreadsheets for host-based macro upload process and manual maintenance. Validates data input and/or conversion process for accuracy. Individual will be expected to act as part of a project team, managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing. Responsible to liaison between client subject matter experts and the IT development team supporting acquisitions and projects. Requires a thorough to comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business functions and technical skills. May act as an internal consultant to other functional areas or project groups. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to eight years of experience in operations/technology project management activities Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders - Advanced understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results - Strong analytical and forecasting skills - General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements as it relates to Consumer and Small Business Banking for Deposit and Loan accounts. - Consumer Banking conversion experience a plus. - Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders and IT personnel, document and make verbal or written presentations. - Thorough understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures. - Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results. - Ability to work as part of a remote project team. - Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills. - Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes; specially Excel and Microsoft Access. Eztrieve knowledge a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision - Ability to work as a team leader
