As anPart-time Insurance Counselorfor USAA, you will provide policy service to members for existing auto and property policies requiring licensure. You will contribute to property and casualty business goals through cross selling and relationship building initiatives. * Availability to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 2pm - midnight and Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7am - midnight. 20 hours a week. Must also be flexible to work holidays. * Ability to attend up to a total of 16 weeks of paid structured classroom training. Training hours Monday - Friday:

30pm-10:
30pm for 12 weeks; Sun-10am-6:
30pm, Mon-Thurs 6:
00pm-10:
45pm for 4 weeks. Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of customer service/ sales experience or Bachelors Degree or Successful completion of military service or 1 year customer service/ sales experience plus 30 hours of college credit. * 1+ years experience multi-tasking in a Windows operating system environment. * 1+ years experience frequently communicating (minimum 60% of the time) with customers by phone, e-mail and/or face to face. * Current license or ability to obtain within a designated number of attempts (if applicable). Preferred * 2 years of customer service experience in a relationship building environment. * Contact/Call Center experience. * Experience cross selling or up-selling products. * 1+ years experience working in a problem resolution/analytical environment.
