The Role This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. S/he will provide a full range of administrative support for AVP officer(s) or below level management. Responsibilities Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards. Works overtime as needed. Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately. Makes routine and non-routine decisions under close supervision, applying limited discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. Performs task by applying core knowledge obtained from the role and acquires increasingly more knowledge to apply in the role. Prepares correspondence, memorandum, documents, presentations, and reports for assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management review and approval. Proofreads documents, presentation and reports for grammatical and typographical errors. Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors for the assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management) including, answering routine questions, obtains and furnishes information to save AVP officer(s) or below level management s time. Greets and directs AVP officer(s) or below level management visitors and act as primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image of LFG. Manages AVP officer(s) or below level management s calendar and schedule meetings, conferences and appointments. Arranges and coordinates assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management travel including preparing itineraries. Plans and coordinates special events as needed. Organizes and maintains assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed. Sorts, reviews, and distributes assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management s mail. Enters assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management s expenses reports into appropriate systems. Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed. Orders supplies and coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed. Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures. Remains current in profession and industry trends. Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: - Making suggestions for improvement- Learning new skills, procedures and processes Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate s Degree in lieu of required experience. (Minimum Required) 0 - 1+ Years clerical and/or administrative support experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
