THE OPPORTUNITY You will provide senior level administrative support to the President and play an important role in achieving our vision for Bargain Storage. You will become a trusted and valuable part of our real estate investment and property management team, managing the details and helping our successful and entrepreneurial company thrive. Our office is located in the Pearl District and the hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. The compensation is $55-65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential and full benefits. Future benefits may include company ownership and promotion opportunities. Parking is provided. JOB DUTIES You will provide top-notch support to our company's President. You will be expected to gain an understanding of our operations, industry, culture, and business strategy in order to anticipate needs and provide solutions. Tasks will be varied and include: Assist with real estate transactions and special projects/presentations Maintain executive calendar Organize and attend meetings, prepare agendas and keep minutes Craft well-written correspondence Facilitate communication internally and externally Compile and analyze information; prepare reports and recommendations Coordinate travel arrangements Process and maintain spreadsheets Perform general administrative duties Run errands and complete personal tasks as needed QUALIFICTIONS Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree with GPA over 3.5 At least ten years professional experience; small company experience preferred Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Outlook) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license In addition, we are searching for a new team member that demonstrates: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing circumstances Excellent follow through and passion for accuracy Professional manner and advanced communication skills (verbal and written) Superior organization skills; skilled at working on multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work independently within a fast-paced team Talent for creative problem solving with a positive attitude Capable of exercising sound judgment when handling confidential information WHO WE ARE Founded in 1999, we are a successful entrepreneurial real estate investment and property management company.
