- Position Summary:
· Provide project management/customer service to RMS customers that will build and enhance NEC?s future business relationships · Serve as single point of contact for customers and ensure customer receives quality service. · Manage the Service Activation process for RMS Customers, including the management of related data. · Provide ongoing Customer support, including monthly and quarterly meeting management. · Provide management of assigned Customer account Change Requests and Projects. · Provide timely responses/solutions to improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. · Manage Customer escalations. · Ensure appropriate management of assigned Customer account financials, contracts, Job Packages, through interaction with internal supporting teams. · Educate customer regarding SO opening process (For Issues and MACDs) · Perform customer training on Portal Functionalities, including customer reporting. · Actively participate in presales activities as required. (E.g.:
Service Activation process flow, timelines, customer expectations, Portal Demo?s and provide supporting documents as required.) · Capture and Maintain Accurate data in SAW. Make the latest version available on the Share Point (Customer Data) and Web Portal. On a quarterly basis verify all customer information in the SAW is accurate and get confirmation from customer. · Establish 3rdparty LOA?s (Letter of Agency) as appropriate. · Drive internal improvements (portal development, reports, processes, etc) based on customer feedback for enhanced support. · Gain knowledge and utilize appropriate internal tools to maximize capabilities. · Comply with NEC Corporate Policies, Procedures and Core Values. Requirements · BS or equivalent experience · 5+ years managing projects in voice or data networking · Cisco knowledge/experience preferred · PMP preferred
