CBG is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for CBG ANZ consumer business. Responsible for the overall direction and control of the organization, overseeing all functions. Responsible for achieving ANZ CBG revenue targets set. Developing a 3 year business plan to achieve the results the company expects from ANZ market. The position is responsible for managing senior level relationships with the channel partners. It is also expected to build relationships at senior levels with top Retail customers; Harvey Norman, Office Works and Dick Smith. Financial:
Deliver overall CBG ANZ P&L. Maximize CBG profitability through optimization efforts around revenue and contra margin budget management. Contra management includes:
returns, price protection, Coop, MDF, discounts, rebates, and other financial measures associated with growing the business. The position is responsible to deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts. Finally, the position must ensure all measures taken to insure CBG/Cisco revenue recognition criteria. Operations:
Responsible for all customer contract management and execution. The position is additionally responsible for the sales oversight and delivery of company targets around:
channel inventory, channel weeks on hand, turns and product returns. Primary interface cross functionally to maximize tools such as reporting, compensation and logistics. Responsible to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Product, Pricing, Marketing & Advertising:
Responsible for maintaining and growing the CBG position as the industry leader with the top market share. Develop overall and channel specific plans to maximize CBG product exposure at retail via:
circular and other print advertising, .com exposure, plan o gram optimization, shipper implementation and overall promotional activity. Position must be the primary interface to the product business units, marketing and trade management. Personnel:

BA degree in finance, management, logistics, marketing or other equivalent experience Preferred:

12 years or more experience in technology channel sales management with a focus on retail channels Preferred:
6 years of technology sales management with recent multi year experience with top retailers and relationships to the SVP and "C" level Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
