Key Objective Provide sales support and team assistance to the sales team (the internal Customer), within a defined market segment by focusing on guiding and assisting the Customer in their day-to-day sales activities. Provide guidance and support in the Cisco sales process, setting cultural expectations with a can-do, hands-on attitude and be proactive in ensuring an end-to-end process on issues and obstacles that may arise. Skills Required . A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures. . Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured sales environment. . Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management. . Ability to work as a team player and to work with minimal supervision. . Excellent written and verbal communications. . Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality. . Experience in Microsoft Office applications, with a high-degree of efficiency in Excel. . Experience working within a high-technology business environment is preferred but not essential.
