Hardware Test Engineer Individual require experience in rework, troubleshoot, test and repair microprocessor base boards without any supervision. Must have the ability to do rework to remove/replace SMT, BGA, PLCC, FPGA, PLCC, SOIC package type and complex through hole components under the microscope. Also support design engineer to build prototype electronic circuits. Individual should be familiar with use of all the components on server and network switch base products. Ability to do mechanical assembly and organize the lab to obtain rework material and part to support the lab Should have good communication skills and familiar with Unix and Windows software.
