Compensation Account Manager - Reports to Sector Account Director - Responsible for assigned organizations (i.e., Divisions/Business Units) - Individual contributor role - Scope:
US focused - Substantial internal contacts, across Siemens Sectors and in collaboration with Siemens Shared Services. Responsibilities:
- Implementation of programs in respective divisions/business units - Partner with key leadership (Business Unit Heads/HR Directors) to understand the business needs, drivers in line with Sector strategy - Apply the Sector compensation strategy /designs to the Divisions/Business units in consultation with Sector Account Director - Identify needs beyond USA guidelines, as needed. Partner with Sector Account Director re:
potential solutions and lead any implementation efforts - Direct the bundled group (i.e., Project Management) towards solutions/analysis/results - Serve as primary link to Division/Business Unit HR community - i.e., communications, descriptions, internal selling, cascading Sector compensation information, in partnership with Sector Account Director - Serve as content expert for the assigned Division/Business Unit:
o Executive Compensation - partner with Business Unit Managers re:
salary changes, compensation committee, equity, etc. o Sales Compensation - identify sales design needs, coordinate as needed with Bundled Group re:
new designs, templates, modeling and communications o Incentive Compensation - identify business needs, apply templates or identify new templates required, partner with business to apply structure, identify targets, define metrics and gain executive agreement o Salary Management - Merit budget decisions, timing and communications, reporting, off cycle actions, manage CAPRi integrations, TMR placements, etc. Knowledge:
- Must have strong working knowledge of compensation topics as well as overall knowledge of performance management process Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Certifications:
Certified Compensation Professional designation from World at Work helpful - Technology:
Experience with Peoplesoft, Access, Mercer EPRISM and Authoria. - Ten years Human Resources background required, as well as five years minimum of Compensation experience required. - Project management experience required - Consulting, customer service and process skills - Excellent analytical and organization skills - Working knowledge of business financial terms Environment:
- Office environment - Limited domestic travel (20%) Capabilities:
