Entertainment Group WB Business Unit MIS Industry Film Production and Distribution Location United States - California - Burbank Requisition # 111805BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description The Business Process and Business Analysis Lead - Marketing and Sales Analytics is the subject matter expert for analytics technologies for Warner Home Entertainment. The role is responsible for understanding, identifying and documenting business process and functional requirements. He/she defines current and future operational scenarios, communicating with the client, Development, QA, Executive and the 3rd party service provider team(s) to ensure proper translation of business requirements to application requirements and delivery. Position Title:
Business Process and Analysis Lead - Marketing and Sales Analytics Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Manages a synthesized view of the overall marketing and sales analytics solution. Conducts functional impact analysis for new capabilities and for changes to existing capabilities. Measures, evaluates and prioritizes process improvements with client input. Defines and documents process and functional business requirements. Assist or creates the Business Blueprint process design. Reviews functional design prototypes and specifications. Ensures process designs include process measurement KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and who owns each KPI (Business User or MIS). Develops the business scenarios for testing, and reviews and approves Test Plans with a focus on Integration, Regression and User Acceptance testing. Vets user enhancement requests with supervisor to ensure validity. Audits the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed. Reviews dashboards to monitor process and end user productivity. Qualifications/Skills Basic Qualifications:
. High School diploma or equivalent required. . Undergraduate degree required Desired Experience:
. Entertainment industry or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience is desirable . Minimum 3-5 years in a business analyst / business process definition role working with key clients . Familiarity working in a 3rd party service provider work arrangement is desirable Desired Technical Experience:
. Specific understanding of marketing and sales analytics including business objects and Teradata technologies required to support the business. Experience with Teradata is a hard requirement for this position. . Prior experience in defining and developing systems requirements.
