Entertainment Inc. seeks Manager, Budgets & Cash Forecasting for the Corporate International Finance department. Position will review all facets of the Annual Budgeting and Semi-annual Forecasting process as it relates to Territory Balance Sheet planning, Cash forecasting and Corporate P&L, including providing guidance and instructions on the use of the TBT(Territory Budgeting Tool) used to plan Balance Sheet and Cashflow activities, as well as an Excel-based overhead planning tool. Analyze Budget and Plan submissions for reasonableness and compliance to policy, coordinating with Home Office Business units as well as Territories and FRB in issuing calendar, templates, assumptions. Additionally, responsible for coordination and review of allocated overhead in the territories (MIS, Facilities) and ensuring that amounts properly eliminate. Ensure the Plan amounts are properly loaded into SAP (into the correct Profit Center, Cost Center, etc.). Work with territories and business units to ensure that all adjustments to Plan figures are properly communicated to all parties so that Territories can take "ownership" of their territory Plans. Review monthly P&L Forecast update submissions from territories. Review monthly cash submissions from territories. Assist in identifying issues with "C-items". Prepare internal reporting to track Actual Cashflow to Plan. Review quarterly Indirect Cash Submission from territories as compared to Plan and providing commentary and analysis to FRB, as required. Prepare quarterly consolidated P&L financial package (Cause of Change comparing Plan to Actual) for International Corporate Profit Center. Develop reporting for various Corporate Business Units (MIS, HR, Facilities) and Department in order to monitor Actual results vs. Plan. Represent the Department and Territories as it relates to Company-wide initiatives such as Budget Process Improvement. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting/Finance required. CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum 4 - 5 years related financial experience required. SAP Financial Systems experience preferred. Experience in accounting/budgeting for foreign operations, preferred. Knowledge of financial closing, consolidations, reporting and planning on a global scale, required. Strong Excel skills - Advanced preferred. Entertainment industry experience a plus. Proficiency in the SAP suite of applications (or similar product) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, some PowerPoint, as needed). Knowledge of financial statement preparation, reporting, budgeting and analysis processes. Excellent written and verbal skills are required as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational skills and successful management of multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently. Ability to drive projects to completion, coordinate resources, set project plans, status to project plans. Ability to remain open-minded and change opinions on the basis of new information:
