Entertainment Inc. seeks a Project Manager for the Info Management Competency Center department. Position will manage projects for the Information Management Competency Center (IMCC) in accordance with MIS policies and frameworks defined by the IMCC management. Manage the delivery of integration project services in support of projects for MIS CRM organizations. Work with the MIS support and CRM organizations to development and execute project to production support transition plans. Follow standard operating procedures and SLDC deliverables for integration related project work. Daily responsibilities include managing project resources, budget and deliverables. This includes planning, tracking and reporting status for integration projects, managing issues to resolution and ensuring quality of deliverables. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide project management oversight of projects assigned by the IMCC management. Manages the delivery of IMCC services and deliverables required by project through life cycle from project preparation, design, realization, unit, string, regression & stress testing, production handover to stabilization. Provides technical design expertise in areas of middleware tools to support integration development needs on assigned projects. This includes applications such as IBM series MQ, Informatica and supporting protocols such as Web Services. * Facilitates design review sessions to ensure adherence to technical design standards and integration frameworks on project deliverables. Stays proactive with recommending optimization opportunities for project design/architecture to IMCC leadership. * Work with CRM organizations to scope out projects and work with IMCC management to secure appropriate resources to deliver those projects and small enhancements. * Assist the CRM project teams with the planning, review and execution of system integration, regression and stress testing related to middleware integration. * Manage creation and check-in of required SDLC deliverables in accordance with MIS policies. * Help develop project acceleration tools and techniques to facilitate faster and higher quality deliver on future projects. * Works closely with ICC - Infrastructure personnel to insure technical readiness of middleware hardware and network support in preparation of new projects going live. Help develop and manage cutover plans and participates in cutover for all releases. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Middleware Certification preferred. * SAP Certification preferred. * Minimum seven years experience related to the essential job duties of the position preferred. * Minimum five years Integration tools experience such as IBM MQ, Informatica, SAP. * Experienced in project life cycle required including:Business process design, documentation and execution, conversions/interfaces, and testing. * Previous SAP systems integration experience required. * PMI Certification preferred. * Entertainment industry experience preferred. * Must have strong project management and analytical skills. * Must have strong SAP systems integration knowledge and skills. * Must have knowledge of SAP functionality and implementation methodology. * Must have strong middleware systems knowledge and skills. * Knowledge of entertainment industry business processes preferred. * Working knowledge of Warner Bros.' department / divisional processes and systems preferred. * Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels. * Must be able to reason through issues to resolution, as well as work well under time constraints. * Must have the ability to pay close attention to details. * Must be a team player and be flexible. * Must have excellent time management skills to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environment. * Must be a motivated, confident self-starter. * General Office Activities - Walking, Standing, Sitting, Talking, Lifting, Finger Manipulation, etc. * Computer, printer, photocopy machine, fax machine, telephones, 10-key adding machine etc. * Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.
