Entertainment Group WB Business Unit Burbank Television Enterprises Industry Film Production and Distribution Location United States - California - Burbank Requisition # 115056BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION Warner Bros Television Group seeks a Traffic Coordinator for Digital Media Sales - California. The Ad Operations Traffic Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Ad Sales Traffic and is responsible for the implementation and management of online display and video campaigns across the Warner Bros. Digital Network of sites. This includes QA/testing of all creative assets prior to launch to ensure adherence to technical specifications and rich media guidelines. This role is also responsible for prioritization and optimization of campaigns and works closely with the Sales team to monitor performance and communicate results. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for testing, implementation and monitoring of online advertising creative campaigns including banner and video. * Provides campaign performance reports and screen-grabs to Sales and/or clients. * Works with Rich Media / 3rd party vendors to ensure functionality of creative on all sites and works to monitor discrepancies and resolve/troubleshoot any issues. * Responsible for the coordination of creative assets and communication of technical specifications to Sales and/or clients. * Keeps abreast of market changes affecting ad operations; assists in evaluating new products/solutions/vendors; researches and test new ad products. * Other job related duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS * College Degree or equivalent work experience required. * Minimum 2 years Online Ad Trafficking experience required. * Previous experience in sales/operations environment required. * Knowledge of entertainment industry preferred. * Working knowledge of digital advertising industry required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet required. * Knowledge of ad servers (i.e. DoubleClick DFA/DFP) & rich media technology. * Basic technical skills preferred:
HTML, Flash, JavaScript/iFrame, audio/video files. * Thorough understanding of campaign metrics and analysis. * Familiarity with workflow/contract management tools (i.e. Solbright, DART Sales Manager). * Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. * Must be well organized. * Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during stressful times. * Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents. * Must be detailed-oriented. * Must have good judgment. * Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.
