Build high performance, architecturally sound, scalable systems that align with the company's business needs. Perform detailed Sprint planning, development and Sprint-prioritized tasks and execute the Agile development process and e-commerce business process. Gather requirements and design and develop code per provided requirements using knowledge of Web Services, MySQL, LAMP, Java Script, and J2EE. Develop and execute tests to validate developed software and to ensure adherence to requirements. Work with tiered distributed systems and utilize statistics, linear math, and calculus to implement code. Provide technical support for database utilization and code implementation. Participate in architecture design. Collaborate with business and architects to understand business processes and to propose and define technical and non-technical solutions for business problems. Collaborate with architects and managers to continuously improve the Agile process and the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team. Required Skills and Abilities:
Stated experience must include building high performance, architecturally sound, scalable systems; Agile development process; e-commerce business process; Sprint development phase; tiered distributed systems; and experience working with business in defining solutions. In addition, must have experience with Web Services, MySQL, LAMP, Java Script, and J2EE. Must pass company's technical review. Education and/or Experience:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or a related technical field and three years of development experience.
