Job Description We are currently looking for a West Coast based Account Development Executive (ADX). The ADX is responsible for assisting the Account Executive in growing revenue within the assigned account(s). To accomplish this ADX will create and grow C-level customer relationships to implement a "winning" business strategy with the primary goal of growing profitable revenues within assigned accounts. Additional responsibilities include:
-Support the establishment of a relationship plan and take lead responsibility for expanding relationships that result in increased scope within the account(s). -Collaborate with appropriate team members, support the effort to develop and implement an account plan that exceeds expectations in the following areas:
revenue retention/growth on current engagements, high-level customer relationships, increasing scope/revenues through new engagements, account profitability, customer satisfaction/loyalty. -Identify, develop, and propose SIS solutions which address the customers business and IT objectives and strategy -Participate in the development and execution of strategy for customer account inclusive of protecting interest of SIS -Work closely with the appropriate GG and GZ teams to leverage Siemens vertical industry solutions for their account. -Maintain account development plan, pipeline, and forecast reporting in ADAPT with regard to targeted business opportunities. -Communicate all opportunity wins and losses within scope through the appropriate process Qualified candidates must have:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience selling IT consulting and outsourcing services into large commercial accounts with a track record of success; Business planning experience; C-level relationships as the primary sales interface. Strategic Account Planning experience preferred. Strong presentation skills are required.
