More specific information regarding duties may be provided upon request for particular locations and facilities. * Develops and manages comprehensive digital strategy and marketing plan for the N. American market * Drives the ongoing evolution of the customer experience and functionality for gracobaby.com and other electronic touch points * Manages the seamless integration of offline branding initiatives with the online world * Supports and drives the online marketing for specific product and sales initiatives * Oversees team members and agency partners to execute online marketing campaigns and to build, enhance and maintain all electronic consumer communications touch points * Drives/Increases traffic, consumer engagement and consumer advocacy through a systematic test, learn and optimize approach * Increases growth and manages the health of the e-mail database through consumer acquisition initiatives * Assists in building and executing the overall consumer acquisition and retention strategy for all electronic vehicles including web, email, mobile and in-store kiosks * Manages online marketing and development budget and assesses return on investment for all online campaigns * Oversees ratings and reviews program; indentifies trends and potential insights from consumer feedback and work with the appropriate cross-functional teams to make them actionable * Regularly reviews, interprets and makes actionable decisions based on key online performance metrics to optimize effectiveness of all digital communication touch points. * Works in conjunction with the Channel Marketing team to build relationships, identify co-marketing opportunities and develop brand strategy and standards on customer websites * Work in conjunction with the PR/Social Media team to identify opportunities for integration and cross-pollination in order to support a comprehensive and consistent digital brand strategy * Provides regular reporting and updates to the executive and marketing teams * Actively participates in relevant meetings to develop brand strategy as related to digital marketing * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field * 5 years solid experience in web, email and mobile marketing with proven results executing, analyzing and optimizing emarketing initiatives * Experience working with and managing agencies * Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics * Background in consumer products * Ability to identify marketing opportunities, develop and implement innovative solutions and manage multiple projects and cross functional teams * Knowledge of how to identify and develop key digital performance indicators for digital programs (web, email and mobile) * Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * ROI focused * Proven track record of executing comprehensive online marketing programs that drive results * Analytical and results oriented * Able to work & influence various members of cross functional teams * Ability to understand & communicate information across all mediums of communications * Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (include Sharepoint/Commerce Server) and Silverpop a plus Newell Rubbermaid and its Business Units are Equal Opportunity Employers and comply with applicable employment laws.
