Monday - Friday, off hours support as scheduled or required. Some domestic travel required. Position Summary:
This business analyst is accountable for all activities related to supporting and enhancing the supply chain systems for the Anthropologie, urban and Free People brands. Manages all aspects of analysis, design, development, installation and implementation of any enhancements. Monitors and reports on the status of project efforts. Anticipates and identifies issues that may negatively impact business and develops and implements corrective actions. Ensures that the application meets current and future business needs. This candidate must be aware of relevant business and related technology industry trends. Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Acts as an authority and subject matter expert on supply chain systems and DC operations * Develops project plans including budgets, resource allocation, timeframes and success criteria * Manages all aspects of analysis, design, development, installation and implementation of Manhattan's WMS * Communicates and coordinates activities with business, technical and IT service organizations * Assesses projects and identifies essential tasks; reprioritizes tasks dynamically during the project; performs risk assessments; identifies and evaluates alternatives * Negotiates and persuades other groups with diverse perspectives to gain cooperation and achieve maximum leverage of applications/development * Works with vendors on urban Outfitters related issues and requirements * Represents Urban Outfitters Inc. in external meetings Key Competencies:

* 3-5 years experience with Manhattan's WM/PkMS system or similar * Knowledge of project management processes * Knowledge of iSeries, including query, SQL and OS commands * Detailed knowledge of logistic operations * Knowledge of MarkMagic a plus * Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, MS Project and Powerpoint) - required * Bachelor degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience * Demonstrated ability for:
* Driving execution and successfully delivering project delivery results * Setting long-term priorities while achieving short-term goals * Ensuring that business soltuions are delivered with no negative impacts * Supporting multiple projects simultaneously Job Location Philadelphia, PA, US.
