MT-Kalispell Sr. Recruiter - Kalispell - Montana A new opportunity to work within the Human Resources Team in our Kalispell, Montana location! As the Senior Recruiter you will:
* Act as an internal consultant, enabling TeleTech to attract, motivate, develop and retain high caliber associates. * Work with the Talent Acquisition Team taking an active role defining sourcing strategies for high volume contact center recruitment * Screen and source candidates through cold calling, leveraging competitive resources, data mining internet tools (web sites and social networking) * Negotiate and finalize employment offers for successful candidates Essential Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience fully utilizing an Automated Tracking System (ATS) (Taleo experience a plus) as well as other HRIS systems * Great communication skills that will include not only the ability to interact with candidates, but also with different managers and vendors * Previous recruitment experience * Strong business acumen and aptitude to drive results. * Experience utilizing an Automated Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS systems - Taleo experience is a plus * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products A world of opportunities within TeleTech As a dynamic and fast paced global organization, TeleTech offers challenging and rewarding careers, along with great benefit packages and attractive salaries.
