Speaking of work, we have an attractive career opportunity available right now for a senior management-level professional to drive our business operations in London as DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - HEALTH PRACTICE As Director, Business Development for our Health Practice you are primarily responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients and key third party influencers, predominantly in the UK Health Sector that will result in the sale of Sapient Interactive and Consulting services. You will be required to establish and manage sales strategy for prospects and existing customers, increase lead generation, leverage senior Sapient executives and allocate organisational resources wisely and efficiently in order to close deals and increase customer satisfaction. You will be also responsible for overseeing the development and presentation of the solution value proposition, negotiating pricing and contractual terms. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% . Identify and influence potential clients and business leads to expand our Interactive / IT - consulting solutions business in the Health Sector . Manage and influence accounts within the region 30% . Partner with the internal consulting capabilities to properly manage client expectations and drive customer satisfaction . Strategically work with sales force automation systems for CRM, activity tracking and opportunity forecasting 10% . Work with strategic alliance partners to plan and drive joint business opportunities and leverage revenue growth in your territory across Europe REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelors degree in business or technology related field . Deep industry experience in technology related sales with good knowledge of specific Interactive sales to senior level executives of fortune 500 companies . Excellent competitive Health Sector knowledge . Track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets . Background of business development for interactive agencies . History of establishing, expanding and closing complex, multi-million pound service engagements . Ability to forecast with background details supporting your assessment . Ability to lead a team of people through complex sales cycles . Exceptional communication and presentation skills . Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills .
