Job Description The HUMIRA Gastroenterology Product Manager will evaluate, develop, and execute multiple marketing promotional programs targeting healthcare professionals in order to support both the existing Crohn's Disease (CD) business, as well as the Ulcerative Colitis (UC) launch. The Product Manager will work across cross-functional partners and promotional agencies to align overarching brand strategy, assist in the annual strategic plan process, and collaborate to develop and evolve the brand positioning, core campaign, messaging, and appropriate tactics. In addition, core responsibilities will include management of brand sales force strategy/promotional activities, including continual enhancement of iPad sales aid clinical messaging, sales training initiatives, sales meeting planning, and potential customization pilots. The Product Manager will also manage the HUMIRA Gastro franchise budget, providing updates on LBEs to the leadership team. Skills/Experience Requirements Basic Qualifications:
+2 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience required, including but not limited to prior marketing, sales or sales analytics experience. Key competencies include:
demonstration of superior strategic and analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, strong communication skills, and team leadership. Must show ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of product and application to marketing strategy. Prior agency and vendor management experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Education Requirements BA/BS required. MBA or other advanced degrees highly preferred.
