But more than speed, we focus our energies on accuracy. Currently, we seek aProject Associate. Basic Purpose/Duties and Responsibilities:
·Participate in CLW meeting when appropriate. ·Initiate and maintain systems to monitor the turnaround of reports to meet client and study requirements and interact with Laboratory to resolve problems. ·Resolve investigator / monitor queries involving missing results, supplies and re-orders, courier issues and dry ice requests. ·Monitor demographic holds and work closely with CRC to identify trends, to enable pro-active feedback to client. ·Monitor pending results, TIQs, and TNPs and identify trends to enable pro-active feedback to client and internal departments. ·Manage resolution of data discrepancies within the study database including cleaning the database at study close. ·Participate in the training of new staff as required. ·Understand and apply the site Safety, Environmental Policy, Safety Management System and relevant legal safety & Environmental requirements CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. ·3 or more years of experience in a clinical laboratory, either technical, customer service or support operations related, multiple experiences preferred. ·General understanding of overall clinical trials process required ·Excellent communication, both written and spoken, organization and time management skills. ·Proficient in MS Office and keyboard skills. ·Knowledge of additional cultures and languages a plus.
