Assists physician/provider in performing office examinations and procedures. Organizes and manages clinic patient flow. Gathers/documents patient screening data. Performs in-office diagnostic testing (e.g., Xrays, EKGs). Assists with patient and family education. Cleans rooms. Orders and distributes supplies. Schedules appointments and testing, triages phone calls and emails, handles physician correspondence, manages insurance referrals. Minimum Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited certified Medical Assistant program, and a minimum of 6 months previous experience as a Medical Assistant. Prefer 2 years of MA experience. Vascular experience preferred Additional Information:
This is full time position in the vascular clinic. .40 hrs per week. Shift:
8a-4:
30P Salary range:
