Our client is school district located outside of South Bend, IN. We are searching for a contract speech therapist for the 09/10 school year to work with pre-school children. The therapist will be responsible for a caseload of 40-55 children, depending upon the assignment. The director has some scheduling flexibility and can integrate some older children (elementary and/or middle school ages) into the caseload if it is preferred by the therapist. The school year begins in late August and ends in early June. The ideal candidate will have completed a Master's degree in Speech and Language Communication and have a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Qualifications:
Must hold a Masters Degree in Communication and Speech Disorders, a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. Pediatric therapy is our specialty - and our expertise is backed by excellent hourly rates and per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility. Additional benefits include:
