Establish and maintain a comprehensive school health program, which meets existing needs and identifies future needs of the student, the school and the community. Responsible for direct/indirect supervision and team management of health assitant(s). Minimum Requirements Current R.N. license or certification issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing, and BSN degree or equivalent required; and four years (minimum) of clinical nursing practice in maternal child health or related clinical areas also required. Six units of University/College credit in areas related to school nursing practice. Copies of current CPR certificate (front and back of certificate) must be submitted at time of application. Driver's license required:
AZ Driver's License required within ten days of hire. Requires reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence insurance compliance; a copy of ADOT Insurance I.D. Card must be submitted at time of application; coverage must be valid throughout term of employment. Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for AHCCS_Provider ID Number. Additional Information Copies of current CPR certificate (front and back). Minimum 3-5 years maternal, child health, pediatric or public health nursing. AZ driver's license.
