ADJUNCT INSTRUCTORS

Job Details:

FINGER LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE SPRING 2010 Business Sports Studies Masters degree in Business. Teaching experience in the field or practical experience to teach Sports Studies and Sports Marketing. Communications Masters degree in Communication or related field required. Experience teaching Interpersonal Communication and/or Public Speaking in a community college setting preferred. A willingness to teach at campus centers in Newark, Geneva and Victor and availability to teach mornings are desirable. Computer Science Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Gaming, Information Technology or similar area required. Experience teaching in one or more of the following areas:
MS Office 2007; Internet Tools with emphasis on Google Tools; Introductory level technologies including hardware, operating systems, file management, networking, and security; Java programming and OOD; Game programming and development; 3D Computer Animation. Willingness to travel to FLCC extension centers in Newark, Geneva and Victor. English Masters degree in English or closely related field. Experience teaching college-level English preferred. Ability to teach Freshman English and/or Introduction to Literature. Math Masters degree in Mathematics or related field required. Ability to teach all freshman and sophomore level college mathematics courses. Spanish (Victor Center) Masters degree in Spanish or related field required.
