This privately held, Redwood City based company, is the leading designer and manufacturer of custom electronic components for the semi conductor industry. AutoCAD Technician (Mechanical or Manufacturing experience Required!) Responsibilities The Applications/CAD Tech is essentially a CAD Designer will perform new and revised product designs using CAD equipment. Prepares completed layouts for final product design. Experience with mechanical and wiring functions of Inventor CAD software. Proficient in AutoCad, performs mathematical calculations and may prepare layouts for detailing. Knowledgeable in drafting techniques and terminology and experience with document control functions. Understanding of electrical heating systems and thermocouples are a plus. Required Skills:
Inventor 2008 or Newer AutoCAD 2004 or Newer Knowledge of ANSI Y-14.5 Master Control knowledge (document control software a plus) Alliance knowledge (MRP a plus) Drafting aptitude & ability to concentrate for long periods Strong PCskills including Microsoft Office Experience in semiconductor OEM environment a plus Associated Degree in Mechanical Drafting/CAD or Certificate Program 3-5 Years of applicable experience t:
