?         Work with a team of IC designers and systems engineers to lead the development of deep submicron CMOS RF transceivers for our next-generation products. ?         You will define the architecture based on high-level specifications and lead the implementation of RF signal chains and constituent blocks. ?         Participate in integration of these designs into products and will be responsible for design validation, debug, and characterization through product release.   Experience & Skills Needed ?         Five years of experience designing RF signal chains and sub-blocks, such as LNAs, RF variable gain/attenuation stages, filters, LO generation, mixers, and PAs. ?         Experience should include taking designs from concept through productization. ?         In-depth knowledge of wireless or wire-line communication specifications and derivation of block-level requirements from high-level specifications.
