We are seeking an Application Engineer / Firmware Developer for a established Chip Company in San Jose., CA   You will be providing technical expertise in definition of new products and system solutions. Meet customers (internal & external) and participate in effective technical discussions with them. Interacting and supporting customers. Work with FAE's and Engineers   Required Skills 6-12 years exp. Solid C programming skills Must have over 4 years of firmware development experience and then moved to an Application Engineer role. 3-6 years experience developing embedded products and working closely with customers Must have exp working in a chip and wireless networking company Must have solid experience working in a Linux/UNIX environment Have a strong understanding of embedded systems and software designNetworking, TCP/IP networking programming experience Wireless background a PLUSSubmit a resume to jobs@erginc.com for consideration.
