  Role Description:
We are in the process of hiring key talent for our engineering teams and seeking a Senior Web Engineer, Team lead who can lead our Engineering team for Campaign Management.  This talented individual will be working closely with other members of the team to define and design features and products that cross component and system boundaries. However the individual will be responsible for coding and leading at the same time. This is not just a management roleKey Responsibilities:
? Help with Interface design of the web pages? Work closely with product and program management to define features ? Define and drive good coding and architectural standards working with other engineers? Understand and affect the product direction? Motivate and inspire engineers on the team Qualifications:
? BS/MS in Computer Science or other relevant discipline. ? Extensive experience in Web Technologies such as CSS/JavaScript/(X) HTML etc? Expertise with JQuery, Mootool and YUI also a MUST? Expertise in Web 2.0 technologies and relational database design and architecture? Strong understanding of cross-browser and platform coding requirements - Fun loving personality
