Senior SoC DFT Engineer

Longmont, CO.   STMicroelectronics Storage Products Group has a need for a Senior SoC DFT Engineer in our Longmont office. Individual will be responsible for defining and implementing SoC DFT strategy on multiple programs simultaneously. Candidate will define, implement and verify innovative DFT solutions to achieve customer DPPM goals at minimum cost in terms of silicon area and test time.    Job Description   - SoC test strategy definition and implementation - RTL design for TAP controller, boundary scan, clock and reset DFT control, IOs test      multiplexing - Scan insertion and verification, familiar with DFT DRC violations and fixing methodology,    scan compression and PLL supported at-speed scan techniques. - Memory Bist generation/integration - RTL and gate level verification, verilog based simulations - ATE test patterns generation   Experience      - 8 - 12+ years directly related DFT experience - Complex SOC/High performance SOC experience required - Exposure to STA/timing constraints - Experience with DC compiler (DFT-C, BSD-C); Tetramax, Primetime, VCS, NCsim, LogicVision, Atrenta Spyglass
