Description Job Responsibilities:
. Local bonds trading . Taking trading decisions . Monitoring of the portfolio composition and related limits . Execute transactions in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters . Negotiating with market participants . Develop relationships with peers in other organisations in order to build market awareness . Build effective cross-business area relationships, obtaining and passing on information to facilitate business development and communicating cross-product ideas . Keep colleagues informed of developments; work collaboratively . Deliver against own profit targets . Control costs within own area of trading. . Operate within the overall risk parameters established and inform management of any developments that impact the firm's risk profile. . Interaction with UBS's institutional clients and sales force and marketing of credit stories to these clients. Requirements Requirements:
. University degree (preferably in Finance) . Fluent spoken and written English & Russian . 1-2 years of work experience on a Fixed Income trading desk . Knowledgeable of risk management, pricing and trading/hedging strategies and market practices . Experience with Bloomberg/Reuters tools . FSFM certificate 1.0, MICEX certificate . Good internal networking and relationship building skills . Self-starter, motivated, able to take initiative, personable, and possess strong work ethic. . Strong team player .
