PwC is quickly expanding into the growing Public Private Partnership (PPP) sector of the US economy and is expanding its practice to keep pace with anticipated demand. The individual in this position will work in coordination with other PwC employees, sub-contractors, and client personnel to support public private partnership initiatives for US Government Agencies and/or state or local governments particularly in the transit sector. The individual will lead work streams related to the development of risk-adjusted financial models for evaluating PPPs, developing public sector comparator, conducting value for money analysis, and facilitating knowledge sharing of lessons learned from prior experiences with PPP deals. The individual may be responsible for advising US Government Agencies and/or state or local governments in the development of potential PPP deals including the development of procurement option and key procurement documents. Line of Service Advisory Industry Public Services Office McLean VA; Washington DC Years Experience Required 10-20 Education Required Bachelor's degree Job Requirements 8-10 years of direct PPP experience; Experience in structuring PPP projects and designing infrastructure financing programs; bid side experience preferred Experience in project risk identification, allocation, and quantification; Proficient detailed financial modeling skills that have been applied within a Public Private Partnership and project finance environment are essential for the position; Experience in the transit or roads infrastructure sector would be an asset 6-8 years consulting experience preferred; Demonstrated client management skills - ability to interview, brief and engage in problem solving with senior management; Ability to prepare and contribute to concise communication materials for senior management; Federal experience preferred Experience assisting with business development and proposal writing is desirable Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.
