Job Summary:
Great-West Retirement Services, a division of Great-West Life & Annuity, is currently seeking a 401(k) Client Relationship Manager to support a book of existing 401(k) business in Kansas City, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The 401(k) Client Relationship Managerwill serve as the primary relationship manager overseeing an established book of business of approximately 80 plan sponsors and 6,000 plan participants. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Top candidate will:
* Conduct enrollment meetings, educational seminars, annual plan and fund performance reviews * Assist Sales Rep in case acquisitions, planning, retention and management; share ideas and client needs throughout all phases of implementation life cycle; provide feedback to marketing and product; manage the case specific profit and loss/pricing of each assigned account based upon established revenue targets * Interface with plan sponsors and brokers to understand overall objectives and requirements; prepare a plan for each account to identify short- and long-term goals and objectives and how they may be met * Submit regular verbal and/or written reports on all activity for the clients serviced to management personnel and the clients * Serve as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the plan sponsor encounters as a result of account service; expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints Preferred qualifications include:
* Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience * Series 6 & 63 Uniform State Securities registration (within 60 days) and applicable state insurance licenses * Bi-lingual Spanish & English preferred * 2 - 4 years industry experience * Comprehensive industry knowledge essential * Demonstrated sales and investment product skills * Basic personal computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills * Will travel majority of the time (50-60%) using personal vehicle to go to local meetings with plan sponsors and brokers. * Must have face-to-face experience preferably in a field structure environment.
