The successful candidate will manage research and design project activities and implement methodologies and lead project team members in delivering quality analyses and solutions to Defense Department client. Financial and Business Management analysis and/or technical analysis skills, knowledge, experience to implement and evaluation programs performance, develop recommendations based upon quantitative and/or qualitative analysis; present and implement business solutions with tools. Experience in information systems management, business operations improvement, program management, tools, internal controls, budget, cost and performance management, or other related fields. At the direction of the business process improvement lead or project manager assist with the implementation of the business solution enabling tools, agency change management and communications, and project management activities. Candidate will supervise the performance of business and/or technical analyst functions, including leading the implementation and configuration of applications tools that support business process improvement and decision support with gap analysis and unit testing of the application fielding. Plan and supervise business process improvement and decision functional business area activities:
solution development, working group/work session participation; communication and change management, and solution validation. Development and deployment of the business solution includes identification and documentation of business rules, business process and key controls, develop, implement, and validate performance measures, identification/selection of application tools and training. We are seeking business consultants with prior experience in managing complex business planning, financial analysis, and/or marketing engagements to join our deployment team in Iraq. The successful candidate will help lead the support of day-to-day project operations in Iraq and the U.S. in support of Iraqi economic development initiatives.
