Description UBS Securities LLC seeks an Associate Director , Global Power and Utilities, in New York, NY to develop full M&A and LBO valuation models including comparable trading and transaction multiples, discounted cash flow, rate base models, accretion/dilution analysis and multiple merger scenarios for power, utility and renewable energy companies; develop analyses and execute equity and debt financings and valuation analysis for both publicly traded and privately held companies; initiate industry and market analysis for clients, pitch proposals and marketing materials for new business opportunities; work directly with client management to develop board meetings and investor conference presentations. Requirements Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field and one (1) year of transaction experience within the power and utilities industry; developing complex financial models including Leveraged Buyout (LBO), Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Mergers and Acquisitions models; and performing business, financial and accounting due diligence on businesses utilizing GAAP.
