PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP is seeking a technically strong, client-service-oriented Tax Director to join their New York Real Estate practice. This practice has a dynamic and sophisticated client base and is experiencing substantial growth. The position will involve reviewing partnership, C corporation and REIT tax returns; advising clients with respect to partnership, corporate, REIT, UBTI and inbound/outbound investment issues; as well as the responsibility of providing industry knowledge to both clients and colleagues.
