Overview:
Individual will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Financial Officer, primarily telephone coverage and calendaring/meeting coordination. Responsibilities:
* Represent the Corporate Finance Department both internally and externally and interface with staff at all levels with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization * Answer CFO's telephone in a prompt, professional and efficient manner and take accurate messages consistent with the CFO's procedures * Take minutes for management committee meetings and coordinating materials for distribution for the meetings * Receive and distribute mail * Maintain complex meeting schedules in MS Outlook * Update calendars to reflect revised schedules * Working with the corporate travel department, schedule complex domestic and international travel arrangements * Coordinate in-person, conference and video meetings in a global setting across multiple time zones * Bind and distribute reports and written materials * Order supplies and equipment * Complete expense reports * Perform other clerical duties, such as typing and filing * Other tasks and projects to be assigned Competencies:
* 5 + years experience supporting at the executive level * Possess a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong ability to exercise discretion and judgment appropriate to the situation * Demonstrate highest level of professionalism in attitude and demeanor * Highly flexible and able to work 8:

00 each day * Friendly and helpful disposition with a positive attitude * Excellent communicator - able to interact with people at all levels in a confident, professional manner * Ability to efficiently interact with company employees, vendors and external contacts in person and telephone * Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and effectively * Ability to work in team environment * Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis Qualifications:
* Some college and relevant experience desired.
