Overview:
Individual will work in support of Client Service Executives (CSE’s) to ensure our Clients receive quality service. We are looking for individuals who possess high initiative and have demonstrated the ability to work in a strong team environment. The optimal candidate must be detailed oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
* Answer phones for the Client Service & Marketing departments as well as the CEO when necessary * Greet Clients and visitors maintaining a friendly, professional and upbeat demeanor * Create client agendas * Distribute all incoming faxes and mail to appropriate personnel * Coordinate travel reservations for CSE’s * Coordinate meetings for CSE’s & clients * Continuously update calendars and contacts for CSE’s * Preparation of client's monthly and quarterly performance reports * Assist CS Associates with the preparation of materials for client meetings and client reports * Assist CS Executives, as needed, and /or in the absence of the CS Associate * Maintenance of client files * Answer department telephones as required; setup conference calls * Maintain attendance records Competencies:
* Good oral and written communication skills * Good accounting skills * Ability to work in team environment * Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Industry experience a plus Qualifications:
Associates/Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience required.
