Job Summary:
The Account Administrator will accurately and efficiently process contribution remittances and withdrawals. Establishes and maintains participant account records within quality and time standards in accordance with departmental, corporate, IRS and SEC regulations and requirements. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities * The Account Administrator allocates contributions, loan repayments, and rollovers in dollar order received manually or electronically. * Completes allocations on a same day basis to avoid gain/loss and credit participant's accounts timely. * Inputs data from an imaged or paper form to establish and maintain participant accounts, update/change/transfer account information on a daily basis within above mentioned regulations and requirements. * Initiates communication to obtain clarifying information. Responds to client requests to research problems and provide information. Requires written or verbal communication within departmental time standards. * Monitors, researches, adjusts and clears outstanding items in all FASCore cash suspense accounts on a daily basis to avoid and minimize gain/loss exposure. Background and Qualifications * Associates degree in Business or equivalent experience * One to two years of experience in accounting, finance or business * Ten Key * Must be able to type at least 25 WPM.
