As the Trade Support Analyst, you have responsibility in terms of regulatory and financial control as well as supporting Wealth Management branches and clients. You will train on a trade support product desk and assume responsibility for a variety of processes within the department. You will complete the daily functions of a Trade Support Analyst on the Taxable Fixed Income (TFI) product desk. Key Responsibilities:
. Evaluate risk management procedures with a focus on continuous improvement . Procedure documentation . Perform mandatory daily functions of:
o P/L calculation o Position reconciliation o Trade corrections o Customer service o Fail control o Risk management o Trade comparison o Trader/Sales support o Cross train on a variety of other products . Develop operational knowledge of all Fixed Income products . The position will typically require greater than 40 hours per week, heavy phone contact, interaction with all levels of management, communication with Operations groups both within and outside of UBS, frequent joint venture settlements with UBS-IB Requirements . One year experience in financial services, in support of trading areas . Bachelor's Degree . Proven, analytical skills . Ability to follow tasks through to completion . Attention to detail . Adaptive and flexible . Professional and detail oriented . High level customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written . Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications .
